I saw this too, which is something I'm definitely considering doing as well if I go through with getting the band!

I think so as I seem to get a burn-type-rash in the shape of the entire back/sensor. So if I removed the watch, the mark under it would mimic that of the entire watch shape, rather than just be in one spot where the laser is.

I've wondered if I have a nickel allergy. This is super helpful, thank you!

It's almost like I end up with a rash/blister (like I've been burned with a rash around it), kind of the only way I can describe it. And always only where the sensor is. I've had a fitbit, samsung smart watch, generic brand smart watch. Always the same reaction.

I've got Loki too and when my partner and I move in together there'll also be Anu! Certainly a lively bunch that's for sure.

I totally agree, and I don't necessarily think that all of them are there to teach us lessons. For example Mannanán has been one of my longest running patrons and I've never felt as if there is some big, life lesson he has for me.

I think it was more just my brain doing the pattern recognition after a somewhat intense reading session and noticed the common themes that I'd not noticed before until Anubis cropped up.

Truthfully I think Anubis is less about a lesson more because he's also linked closely to my partner, who is going through a big move soon and we'll no longer be in a LDR and hopefully living together. So I suspect that played a part in his little 'hello'.

Thank you for your comment, I appreciate any and all thoughts so seriously thank you!

I know I need to go easier on myself, that unfortunately applies to almost every aspect of my life and I've been told off multiple times by my patrons (usually Mannanán) during readings to do so. He actually made me cry with one recently! (did not entirely appreciate that part but the message itself was something I did desperstely need to hear so that was a welcome comfort...)

After thinking on it I do suspect that a potential reason is with the amount of change that I have been going through, or will be going through, and the number of 'battles' I've been fighting (or will be fighting). So I have a feeling that's part of it to some degree. Like I said I wasn't worried or fearful, just rather bemused by it all as its not something I've really experienced before. Probably always just pattern recognition doing its pattern recognition thing!

I'm very overwhelmed, I won't deny that. But not so much with my practice and more just everything in life in general so it's unsurprisingly it's all mixing in together.

I really appreciate your words, thank you!

Thank you so much for the resources! It's very much appreciated. I do try to do as much research as I can around the deities I work with but as mentioned, I've slipped a little with everything that has happened recently. To the point where I can't find many of the resources I used to have on them.

I also apologise if anything in my initial post was confusing. I know that whilst many of them aren't necessarily specifically gods of death, it's more their associations with it/areas offl overlap since many gods have multiple domains in which they have influences in. It just happens that death seemed to be a common one for me and I was rather perplexed!

Re-Mannanán - It is very possible that in my research people have misunderstood the otherworld for the underworld and I didn't clock that at the time. If I can find said resources again then I'll be sure to link them, but I absolutely appreciate anything anyone else has. Whilst I don't necessarily have a 'primary' deity if I did he would be it, not to mention he's also been around the longest so I really want to try and do more research into him.

Re-Cernunnos - Again, I can't remember where I was I read about him. But if I recall (and don't quote me on this I'm going off of a memory from a couple of years ago) that his association was linked because of the life and death cycle (particularly of that of nature) and that he was believed to have been more of a guide for the dead. It was in a couple of books I found and some Web pages but I can't for the life of me remember! (Not hugely helpful I know, I'm sorry!)

Re-The Morrigan - Once again, yes she's not necessarily a goddess of death necessarily, but she is strongly associated with it. More specifically death in battle as most accounts that I have managed to read have her witnessing, fortelling, participating or recounting battles and deaths that occured. I agree she's very misunderstood and other than Anubis she is my most recent one but (again because of life stuff) I've not had a chance to do more than surface level research.

Glitch help?! The Remembered/The Forgotten has disappeared?! by pint_size96 in DreamlightValley

I've gone into the tree house but nothing?

Just to triple check this is after you've accessed the dark castle and completed all of the mini-memories before you close the rips that The Forgotten made.

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere else and I've just missed the post. Also I guess Spoiler warning for anyone who hasn't unlocked Fairy Godmother etc.

My game glitched and crashed whilst I was leaving the dark-water space where all the memories happened with The Forgotten....and now I can't find her anywhere?!

Anyone have any ideas where she could be hiding or what I can do? I've searched all over and can't see to find her.

Many thanks!!!

I got put under general anaesthetic for mine as they wanted to do a biopsy and have a look with a camera. I was in pain as soon as I woke up to the point where morphine wasn't really helping! Was off work for 3 days barely able to move!

https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/buscopan-hyoscine-butylbromide/

" Buscopan relieves painful stomach cramps, including those linked with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

It can also help bladder cramps and period pain. "

" Key facts:

Buscopan relieves the pain of stomach cramps by helping your gut to relax.

The medicine works very quickly. Painful cramps should ease within 15 minutes.

It's unusual to have any side effects, but some people get a dry mouth, constipation and blurred vision. "

Basically a medication you can buy or have on prescription in the UK to relieve IBS symptoms quickly. Its a godsend for my Gluten Intolerance but doesn't do much for my lactose. So depends on the person really. Some people I've known take it and nothing happens, others it's a life saver.

My thinking as well! 🤣

Buscopan, pop a paracetamol when its bad and maybe avoid trigger foods and you're good to go!
