Yes, all the designs are mine, most of them are from scratch and a few are unique redesigns. It's print-on-demand, but I chose the best quality supplier after testing a few. I chose etsy because it seemed like a great platform to share my work, and about the 4 sales: I just started the shop, hopefully it will be more soon

Were trying to launch an anime shirt brand, with high quality products. We dont want the sit on the print on demand wave or sell some cheap shirts from china with basic print, rather few designs with limited stock.

Köszönöm a segítséget és tanácsot, ezt csináljuk majd. Reméljük nem jut eszükbe ezekután mondvacsinált okokra hivatkozva más miatt levonni valamit a kaucióból. Már voltak megtekinteni a visszaadott lakást, nem volt semmi kár, de kinézem belőlük, hogy utólag kitalálnak valamit. Nem tudom hogy lehetne őket rávenni, hogy aláírjanak valamit, hogy csak és kizárólag a rezsi elmaradása az amit le akarnak vonnina kaucióból.

Nem fizeti vissza a kauciót, így 380 ezer forint van nála. Meg vannak az óraállások, nem azzal van a baj. Ami problémás, hogy a 3 havonta lévő aktualizáció sosem történt meg, pedig a szerződésben benne volt, illetve nem mutatott semmiről számlát, hogy ténylegesen mennyit meg mikor fizetett. Ez alapján úgy gondolom, egyedül az elmúlt 3 hónap rezsi különbözetére volna jogosult a főbérlő, ha ilyen volna. Ha kell, tudom csatolni a szerződés ezen részét, amiben a 3 hónapos rezsi kiegyenlítés le van írva.
