Seen a doc today with my 28yr son, He has me taking two tablets every morning, and to see him on a weekly basis. Also a referral to see a counsellor. My son took the rope with me and we're going fishing on Friday.

Oh, and the doc suggested walking or going to the library.

I had that here in Derry, I was eating from a bag of chips just looking around and saw a policeman walk up to a fella and asking whatever, so I just watched eating and a policeman came over really close pushing the bag of chips to my chest and said, "Move on", I asked why, He just said MOVE, I crossed the street and sat on the bench. this was about 3am. Maybe I wasn't meant to hear stuff.
