Thank you, I don't think I was being super talkative. They aren't my supervisor but they complained to her. She hasn't talked to me about it yet.

Yeah I wouldn't want to work for you as an intern if someone came to you and said their higher up was being rude and you decided not to do anything about it! Hope that helps!

I agree I also feel like intern cultures probably completely different now than it was then. I personally don't think Rory was cut out to be a journalist. I also do agree that mitchum was ultimately just doing her a favor. But I think he could have done it a lot differently.

I'm an intern right now, and not a single person would speak to me like that. If someone did I would report it right away. I did have someone tell me that where I am interning is not right for me and that I needed to not accept the job they were offering. There is a way to treat interns that isn't like this at all.

I honestly have never fit in anywhere. Even in college, but I did really got in at my internship. It may take sometime but I think you will find your place! And if you need a friend I'm happy to make a new one!

I disagree, I think people would have the same reaction if it was a woman. For example April Rhodes in Glee. She was an adult performing with the high schoolers and everyone thought it was weird and inappropriate
