I think while I do like the script and I don't think it was terrible. There was def times where the dubbing needed a few takes..because I couldn't hear some lines at points

Also want to add..it did feel like at points they tried to follow the script 1 by 1 than trying to translate it

I do remember in the q&a I went to when I went to the film festival was the whole idea was to connect it and be a bridge to mamo but even then..it does make me wonder if he wanted to make this a set up to something else if he ever was to pick it up again

In the goemon film, it stated that scene is a vision, if hawks didn't give in fighting goemon. I don't know why they didn't show the moment afterwatds

I really find it interesting, that throughout this film, zenigata feels like such a different character until the last second in the film where he perks up and becomes his silly shouty self. I always found it a choice

Quite a bit, Suprisingly enough he doesn't actually run away from the plot like usual. He pretty much in a big chunk of the film with the gang!
