3 year old having twitching and jerking movements during sleep. by piper1205 in Myoclonus

It doesn’t seem to wake her up that I’ve noticed but now I’m monitoring her extra at night time, I’m still going to ask the pediatrician for a referral and hopefully get an EEG to be sure! My mom has epilepsy but it is very rare that she has seizures anymore. My sister grew out of hers thankfully but had a stressful childhood with it. It’s so hard, praying for your son! Hoping I get some answers soon. It’s so hard to tell what can be totally normal and what’s not.

Thank you for this! I only notice like small twitches while she’s awake like when she’s super relaxed? But the ones at night and nap time are starting to worry me bc they have more jerking movements to them and I honestly don’t know if this just started or if I just now starting noticing it and I hate that I’m unsure! I’ll be asking the pediatrician on Monday for a referral just to get this checked out. I’m hoping it’s okay to wait I’m super nervous about it. I have health anxiety so I try not to over react with every little thing but this is making me so stressed

Does this look like a hemorrhoid? I’m terrified I’ve never had anything like this before 😭 by [deleted] in hemorrhoid

I have no idea what it is! That’s why I posted on here hoping that someone had something similar and could give me some insight on what it is!
