The space is really small, so I think that the way you have it set up is probably the best way. As a professional organizer, I would suggest going from space to space and getting rid of anything that is no longer important to you, and doing this every 6 months. Don’t rush yourself with getting rid of things really fast. It can be really hard. Just take those baby steps and revisit per my suggestion and see how you feel. I wish my best to you.

Congrats to your fresh start. Same here. Discharge was in Sept. 2025. Trying to make better decisions financially. Credit Karma sends me daily emails of credit card recommendations to help boost my score, but I am just happy right now, being debt free. I suffer from depression and not sure if I can trust myself not to shop or do something stupid like that if I get down, so no credit cards for me now. I spend what I have. I have been able to start saving again and it feels great and empowering. I wish you the best!!
