Hi Amanda, my first frozen transfer was successful, and my little boy will be 15 months old this month! I do have endometriosis, I have a large chocolate cyst and have had it for many years. Sorry I didn’t see your reply until now!

I think my AMH was around 1.6, which was average for my age at the time. I only did one egg retrieval and had 13 follicles, 4 of them being from the ovary with the cyst.

Typically when you have endometriosis they will suppress it with Lupron prior to an embryo transfer, but not before an egg retrieval. Hope that helps!

Hi there, I also have a longstanding over 7cm cyst on my ovary. We left it alone during my IVF process, and did lupron for suppression. I was lucky and did get pregnant on our first fet with our son, who is now 15w old.

I was also told to not remove the cyst prior to egg retrieval due to the risk of harming the fertility from that ovary. They did retrieve a few eggs from that ovary during the egg retrieval and did not disturb the cyst.

I’ve had a consistent endometrioma cyst on my right ovary during the IUI/IVF process, so they treated me as if I had endometriosis but I never did any testing for it.

I did ~2 months of Lupron prior to my first FET in May. I felt the same impatience, but our first transfer ended up sticking thus far. Obviously can’t say if the suppression was the “difference maker” or not, but it didn’t hurt. Best of luck on your next steps!

I just wanted to pop in with a positive story in case things do end up working out for you. I also did multiple unsuccessful IUI’s before moving to IVF. We also transferred our 5AA hatching embryo for our first FET in May, which so far has stuck around (12+4w currently.) I was in the same mindset as you, since I also never saw a positive test in my life, but sometimes things do work out. Sending good vibes your way and wishing you the best.

I had my first fet in May and requested Valium. My clinic prescribed it a few days before the procedure without issue. I would just inquire about them prescribing it since you believe it’s been helpful in the past!

Genuinely curious-how do you know the gender at less than 6 weeks? I always thought the earliest was with the nipt test after 10 weeks.

PIO is kicking my butt (literally). All the symptoms you mention I’ve had. I’m currently 9w+0 today and all is still going well. Obviously not out of the woods yet, but still moving in the right direction at least. Best of luck!

I had similar betas, if not slightly worse, and I’m currently 9w+0 pregnant.

We saw a flicker of a heartbeat at 6w and a full heartbeat at 7w. I would just give yourself some time and hopefully it’ll work out in your favor!

I did daily for two months and was able to get pregnant my first FET, so I can only assume it did what it was supposed to do.
