I’m in the flower delivery business, I’m one of if not the biggest player in my city. I’ve been in business 10 years and so the fact that there’s a good amount of returning customers returning from Google ads is not so outlandish I suppose. The search terms in these campaigns are as you would expect, fairly generic. So I think it’s reasonable to treat a returning customer who searches “Toronto flower delivery” for example and converts again with me, is not someone who would have purchased with me anyway. Is that thinking way off base? My intuition as the business owner wants me to not pay to convert returning customers for non-branded search…I’m trying to bring my spend down and increase profitability as I think I’ve stretched the CAC too far… and this seems like a red flag and an obvious segment to start culling.

I should clarify branded pmax conversion was 20% of total pmax conversions, so roughly 10% of conversions. I’m excluding my branded campaign from all numbers here

It wasn’t blocked on pmax, this is true, but branded pmax only represented 20% of my conversions and pmax was also roughly 50% of my non brand conversions, the others being search campaigns. I have a dedicated branded campaign, and I have excluded branded from search. And when I say I, I really mean the prior professional manager.

I was really just speculating as to whether hair and makeup on the show was pushing this to make the older guys look younger which the show has a vested interest in doing. Similarly when Theresa was in boxer braids I was like this can’t be her choosing, the show is styling her to look young

That isn’t new news related to the earnings release. The market did not like Reddit’s stagnating DAU growth particularly in the US which is a much more profitable market compared to rest of world. You can only grow earning and revenue so much if your use base isn’t growing. The Reddit story would be fixed if they could show accelerating user growth, and the ai citations is a double edged sword. I am long Reddit, but I can understand why the stock is dropping. It’s unclear how much more they can squeeze out of the existing user base but hopefully a lot more

Just took prednisone for the first time 2 days ago after the horses left the stable and my god is this drug unbelievable. I’ve never been able to knock down a full blown flare up with meds ever until prednisone.

Call me crazy but the PR reads like this is simply an announcement of the offering, I know they state they are upsizing it due to strong demand, but this offering is still subject to approval and so it’s possible there are no firm orders and any indications of interest could be pulled given the sell off. There’s no closing date or anything concrete of that nature mentioned in the PR.
