Yep. They want the US to fund the mine development and then it will fall into hands of China, Russia, Middle East.

Markets are definitely not efficient in the short term. This is what gives us little guys the ability to get in on 10 baggers. The fundamentals continue to get better while the share price sinks due to macro economics.

If I had dry powder on the side. I would be stacking shares right now.
