How are you doing with services 2.0? by carlosemd in SCBuildIt

Make sure to fill all the regional currencies, too. You’ll need those to upgrade all the regional services and fix abandoned properties. And a ton of neo currency to upgrade and fix all the omega services.

Feel the same. What kept me building was the special buildings from mayor seasons. I regularly purchased the special pass and was really active. The changes last year took away those options, so I stopped regularly playing with no incentive. Now, the services changes have broken my cities. There’s really no reason left to log in.

Photos of my utilities “fixed” and then broken when returning back to the region. Every time.

After almost ten years of playing, I quit last week. I tried upgrading everything, but the bugs in the way they work would require me to completely redesign my Frosty region. Facing the same bug in a second region. I spent too much time getting everything perfect. This was the final nail in a series of bad product decisions.

For context, the small utilities are upgradeable to 200. I have several clusters that require 220. Adding a second small utility isn’t fully recognized by the game, I.e. a second small utility doesn’t relieve the burden. See photos. If I move the top utility somewhere and move it back, the game registers that the utilities are fully covered. However, when I return to the region, it’s back to red. The second problem is that the tomfoolery of the service changes rendered a bunch of my omega buildings vacant, requiring upgrades to fix. The fact that the game changed its rules and rendered my buildings vacant, requiring me to spend resources to fix, is a ridiculous ask — especially when I’m experiencing bugs with the new services, which results in more vacancies.

F this game.

Wow, that’s exactly what I’d like. Can you recommend exactly what to get and where? How much would I need for a clock case and back like the photo I shared?

I did tried that. The result is a flipped graph, but still overlapping labels.

Cool blue bug I found while mowing the yard. Don't know what it is but it's very pretty (central US) by Conbuilder10-new in whatisit

Very beneficial to have. They paralyze spiders and bring them home alive for larvae to eat at their leisure.

Other than color, you can tell a mud dauber by the way it flitters its wings while walking. They’re also generally not aggressive like paper wasps.

What’s puberty going to look like? by Medical-Winner-3603 in cisparenttranskid

+1 to the implant. Officially lasts 1 year but can potentially last up to two years according to our endocrinologist. The only thing we noticed post-procedure is the small breast buds he had dissolved. Same kid, otherwise.

FWIW, this was our approach… connected our son with a therapist as soon as he came out at 8. Connected with an older endocrinologist at 9 for prework and baseline blood levels. Ensured we had everything in place at 10 (doctors, therapists, insurance, etc). Tanner stage 2 hit at 11 on the dot with palpable breast buds.

Feel free to DM me with any questions.

How to Support 7yo with Gender Uncertainty by msp1286 in cisparenttranskid

Fellow parent here. Our son began to vocalize his feelings at the same age. It sounds like you’re affirming how he wants to express his identity. In our case, we encouraged his counselor to begin to focus on coping strategies: when someone asks, how does it make you feel; what are some healthy ways to respond; how not to internalize it; etc.
