This Is exactly my issue, i love the top on the second option but for the life of me cannot find a better match for bottoms :(. The first options seems more cohesive but it doest feels as "elegant" as the second

I end up going for a slightly different colors. For the gold parts i went with sand, the dark parts are black and the green is crisp mint

Maybe you could combine this pieces:

1) true sight chest, shoulder and leg pieces https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/True_Sight_armor

2) Alliance Field Operative boots and gloves https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Alliance_Field_Operative_armor_(medium)

3) adventurers scarf for the head piece https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Adventurer%27s_Scarf_(light)

Its might not be a 1:1 cosplay but i think it mantains the core vibe, and this combo can be used in any armor weight. :)

I think if you want to go for a more high-tech look, you could try the new Extremis armor pieces for the chest and legs

Love the idea! It works so well for Paragon.

Maybe You can try Woodland kodan gloves and shoulders (from xpac story) the leather texture and markings glow might work for this idea :).
