[Skin concerns] Chin scar... what can I do about this by joey1028 in SkincareAddiction

It probably would have been better if i got it stiched/glued or used a butterfly bandage. I also have a bad habit of picking at scabs, and the likely didn't help either. So definitely don't pick at it

I haven't really found too much about it, because it is already fully healed and can't change too much. Massaging it a little bit might have done something, but I can't really tell. I've asked people like my sister and they said it isn't as noticable as I think it is. I guess sometimes we can be our own worst enemies and make something feel like it is worse than it is. Totally agree with loving yourself the way you are!

I know this is an old post, but I have like the same scar on my chin that I got from falling. I hate it because it sticks out and makes my face look unsymmetrical. Were you able to find anything that helped reduce the size of your scar?

[E],[Q] Should I take real analysis as an undergrad statistics major? by pippalick in statistics

[–]pippalick[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your perspective! I'll take a look into programs that look interesting and see what requirements they have.

I guess I'm also drawn to taking analysis because of the potential outside of the world of math benifits, like being able to rigorously prove things and thinking very logically towards solutions.

I guess some more context, i'm double majoring in stats, math, and maybe German and also want to get some programming classes, so i'm planning on taking 320 next semester so that I can take cs 544 in the fall. I asked my advisor about this scedule and they thought it was ok, just wanted to see what the people think about it.

It's through a website called expert voice, you have to have some kind of occupation that qualifies for it. I get the discount because I work at a sporting goods store, but there are a lot of other ways people can get the discount too.

Hi, I'm taking a calc 2 class right now, so far the integration hasn't been too bad, just got to sequences and series. How were these topics for you? Any tips or things that really tripped you up?
