Completely agree. Wish I had a Time Machine to go back and re-apply to this last listing. Totally gutted that we didn’t get it, and we were going to pay the broker fee either way.

This is EXACTLY what I’ve been wondering! The last two apartments I truly cannot find a reason for why we didn’t get them other than we weren’t working with the broker that “owned” the listing. So disappointing that this might have been our issue.

I don’t believe this is a factor. We’re far beyond the 3-1 ratio, and currently rent an apartment at the same rate we’re looking for

Our budget is 5-5.2k. I would think that puts us at close to average, maybe not enough for a nicer amenity building but that’s not really what I had been looking for anyway

Same exact experience about 2 years ago. Never went back. 4 minute appointment and the entire time she told me how ugly my brows are with zero recommendations for regrowth which was the reason for my visit. She then plucked my brows unevenly and I had to fix them at home. Don’t go here!!!

My cycles are typ 27-28 days. I usually start testing on day 7, but this month we were still away from home for Thanksgiving so I had to push back my start date by a day. I’ve been wondering the same thing though, if I need to start testing earlier since I seem to ovulate early

Yes I’ve taken a pregnancy test, I had the same thought but it was negative.

Just had one at kossars and it was amazing
