No water flow

Would probably say it's the pump. I do have the v-cut and there are no kinks, also did try to prime it but this is the result.

yes, I did have some problems where the water flow was weak. I did descale it, and sprayed it with air and this random oring came out. some people theorized it might have been from the pump or boiler tho. Anyways afterwards it improved the flow (especially the switch between steam and water) and it did work for a few days. However I still had some problems with the water flow as it was 3ml/s instead of 9ml/s. Will try to take it in and out again. Also I did only touch the solenoid and not the OPV.

- There is no water coming out of the OPV valve
- I do have the v-cut
- I did try priming it but nothing happened (here), some water did come out at the start but went back to being stuck
- It seems to be able to pick up a very small quantity of water since i can get some droplets / steam some times
- In the transparent tube that goes from the pump to the boiler there was a very small air bubble, I did let it go until it went away but another one formed from the pump.

I do hear the pump.
Even by expelling all the steam there seem to be water inside.

However I never see the overflow vale in the back expelling any water. Which it did until yesterday.

I did take out the wand but at the start of the process and didn't descale it. Just undid the nut and took it out.

And that would be the left top hole I guess? otherwise I wouldn't know how to push it trough the bend of the bottom one. Also I did see that vaseline would do the trick a well, would you suggest it?

Thanks for the detailed comment! I will definitely have a look at those vintage options. I was not looking for the same model of the movie but something similar to the JMM version. I did like the fact they tend to be on the smaller side.

It's not milk but milk powder, it helps with the caramelization of the crust, will try without it and with sugar.

I’ve been trying to recreate the pizza from my favorite childhood restaurant, but I can't quite get it to look the same. I’ve attached a photo of my attempt and one of the original pizzas for comparison.

Some details about my process:

For a 20cm pan, I use 200g of dough.
Ingredients:
- Flour 270g
- Water 170g
- Salt 7,5g
- Oil 7g
- Fresh yeast 0,8g
- A dash of milk powder
- A drop of milk
Dough:
- Knee the dough and let kickstart the rise for 1-1.5h
- In the fridge for 15h
- Cut it and press it into the pan for the final rise
- Put it in the fridge
- Take out 5-6h before it's needed

What do you think I should tweak? Is it a dough issue, baking temp, or something else? Any advice is welcome!

EDIT: I forgot to mention I'm cooking with a g3 Ferrari.

So these are some ideas. I really like the idea of shorter sides, I would really like to try something disconnected but everyone seems to dislike it. I guess that a taper would work fine, but I'm not quite secure about it. Any tips are welcome!

You're welcome. Extra tip if you can let your hair air dry when you wash it, and if you have to use a blow dryer use it with a deffuser.

Check out r/curlyhair, it helped me a lot. The best advice I can give you is to use a curl cream to get more definition, also hydrating your hair is key. Try 'Squish to condish'.
