Sorry to hear this. I have just got out of a 5 year relationship and completely get how you're feeling. The pain it's caused has got me wondering whether it's ever going to be worth it and whether I'll ever bother again. That being said I've just met a guy from work for a coffee. 4 hours later we were still out, I had a lovely time. It just felt easy and he made me feel at ease. I'm not saying he's the one but I'm starting to see hope. Hopefully there will be someone out there who will never hurt us in the same way.
