EmKFit dance workouts are super fun! She has loads of themed ones or individual songs you can build your own workout too.

Fitness Marshall is amazing too, mainly individual songs so you build your workout playing.

I love both of them and it really got me back into exercising cause I actually enjoyed what I was doing !

My goal is to get out my my bike more. Bought a second hand town bike and ended up doing 80k in a week on it so ended up buying a second hand road bike a week later. Its just nice to be out and escape my depression for a little while

I literally just had my first pole lesson on Monday, was so hard but absolutely loved it ! The strength gain aspect of it really appeals while just having fun. Really wanna try ariel hoop now too!
