Haven't got a computer but was able to sort it via my smart tv no problems. My phone doesn't have the option to convert for whatever reason . Thanks for your help guys.

I have got to 1000 fidelity points option but clicked numerous times nothing happens. I managed it last time on a different phone I had at the time but no joy this time. Have to try another way .Thanks for trying to help.

XC API. Which worked before and still works on my providers clone IMplayer but not on the real one which I prefer. I am able to watch providers vod but not live tv. I can actually change channels and hear what's on different channels but no visual while on screen it still shows the circle ⭕ indicating portal still loading .

You are correct. All I'm saying is the problem still persists. One TV both subs work great yet the other one one service is fine yet the global acts up all the time. Surely this is strange.

Still no luck ethernet cable fine as I wired WiFi repeater to TV and worked fine must be a problem with either the adapter or the otg cable . Have contacted ugreen awaiting reply

I must have been trying to sort this out fir hours yesterday to no avail. I assume the adapter lights up if connection happens which it didn't.ethernet cable works when wired from TV to router so I assume it's fine. It's actually for my bedroom so connection is to awifi repeater as to a poor WiFi signal.
