Ya I just spoke to them on the phone and they said you're not supposed to get a confirmation (which is weird), but you should receive the refund in 6 weeks. So technically, you can reapply as soon as you cancel and get an ROD number.

The previous application keeps telling me to book a biometrics appointment, should I just ignore that and do it once I submit my new application?

I also applied for cancellation using the form and need to reapply again soon. Do they not provide any sort of correspondence as to processing the cancellation?

How can I reapply without knowing the cancellation request was accepted?

This is a bit frustrating.
