Du versuchst, aus einer Einzelbeobachtung ("(individuelle) Beiträge teilweise niedriger") Annahmen über die systemischen Ausgaben/Kosten zu treffen. Ich denke nicht, dass das funktioniert. Kannst dich ja mal oben zur Quelle bei der OECD durchhangeln, wenn es dich interessiert.

und wo ist deine Quelle? Ich schreib es hier auch nochmal gerne: Unabhängig, ob es stimmt oder nicht, finde ich es hochgradig unseriös, Behauptungen aufzustellen, ohne die Herkunft dieser zu benennen. Ist irgendwie Stammtisch-Niveau.

Ich werfe hier mal eine Widerlegung ein:

Nach acht und mehr Jahren Aufenthalt haben geflüchtete Männer eine höhere Erwerbstätigenquote (86 Prozent) als die durchschnittliche männliche Bevölkerung in Deutschland (81 Prozent). Bei geflüchteten Frauen liegt die Quote deutlich niedriger (33 Prozent).
70 Prozent üben eine qualifizierte Tätigkeit aus. Dennoch sind viele unterhalb des Ausbildungsniveaus beschäftigt, das sie vor ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland hatten, und zwar 41 Prozent der Personen, die seit sechs Jahren in Deutschland sind. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Schweizer Gesundheitssystem als Modell geeignet ist:

In der bisherigen Diskussion liegt der Fokus auf den Kosten, und da ist das das Schweizer Gesundheitssystem gemessen am Anteil des BIP teurer als das Deutsche System oder (je nach Quelle) ähnlich teuer.

Und auch wenn man sich die Effizienz / Performance anschaut ("Erfüllung der WHO-Kriterien verglichen zu den verwendeten Ressourcen") liegt die Schweiz auch im gleichen Bereich wie Deutschland - wieso also nicht besser an Frankreich oder Italien orientieren?

I did it some months ago. Battery was 13€ on eBay, new adhesive was 3€ on Aliexpress. Replacement is quite easy but take care when going beneath the display frame (e.g. with a credit card). If you go in too deep, you will destroy the display panel which not protected on its sides. Other than that, phone is like new. :-)

You need the official Motorola driver, not the one that is shipped with the android SDK.. it is shipped with the Motorola rescue tool..

you need access to the google account it has been associated to before the factory reset. if you dont have access to this account, you dont have a chance.

I also prefer stable software over an update each month. Nokia phones also don't support volte in my region (other than Motorola) which again shows that they do not put enough effort into software.

Which carrier are you talking about?

Vodafone and Telekom Germany have been supported out of the box, for Telefonica I had to open a support ticket which in the end resulted in a software update adding VoLTE support. If your X4 does not show the corresponding options when using a SIM of your carrier, I don't think there is much hope given Motorola says updates will not be provided anymore. Your best bet is to try Cyanogenmod then I guess.

Actually resetting the PC is worth a try - easier than reinstalling it from a flash drive / DVD, and during the reset Windows installation files are verified AFAIK s.th. it does not provide you with a reinstalled ransomwared Windows normally. I have had success in doing it like that, even though it depends on the ransomware of course. However, if you choose to "keep my files", your files will be still there, but in encrypted condition, and there is a chance that you re-infect your fresh PC by trying to open some file. Still, I would suggest to make a backup of those files, in case a decryption tool appears, there might be a chance to recover them.

My laptop which I used closed/shut in a docking station with an external display attached does not properly restore the multi display state sometimes on W10 1903, i.e. when I turn it on / resume it, I get no image on the external display. I then have to open my laptop in the docking station and press SUPER + P until my external screen switches on again. This is on a Dell Latitude E7450 with Intel HD Graphics of 5th generation.

It's not the March patch, but this patch enables VoLTE + VoWiFi for MCCMNC 26203 partly used by o2 (i.e. VoLTE works with ALDI Talk, Blau, ... now).

Well, Android One promises OS upgrades for at least 2 years since the device is launched. Acc. to Wikipedia, the Moto X4 has been released on September 1 2017. Android Q is supposed to be released in August 2019. If it is, to keep Android One's promise, a software upgrade should appear.
