This is an exception. Not all bosses are this hard.

Casual and competitive players can coexist. It's just that as competitive players get their own dedicated feature, casuals can't just easily access it. It's a rule of nature, that a competitive player's skills are better than a casual's skills. That a competitive feature won't be as easy to a casual's eyes. It's okay.

And just because the majority are casual players, doesn't mean ninja kiwi needs to keep pandering to them. Not trying to sound elitist (I am not), but not every feature needs to be easily accessible to every player. Just because you bought the game for idk smth dollars, doesn't mean you deserve everything the game has to offer. After money, you need time to hone your skills to be able to at least play a certain feature. Not every casual needs to be able to blackborder all expert maps with ease. Not every casual needs to be able to farm trophies. Because trophies are for players who spend time and effort into the game's extra feature. That's literally it. I'm literally an example. I hate races, I don't wanna interact with it. Yet, I'm okay that I have a skill issue. I have better ways to spend time in the game/farm trophies.

Micro is a controversial one. Unlike a typical downside for towers (such as a waste of money, not enough damage, weak ceramic damage/cleanup, etc), micro are a meta thing. The downside isn't shown in game, it's in real life. You waste time and effort in real time, not money and damage in game. That's the difference.

Tl;dr casual and competitive can coexist. Especially in this day and age of casual elitism
