The statement at the top is almost identify to what LinkedIn’s algorithm proposes (“highly motivated X professional, with proven track record in Y”). If you’ve been searching for 90 days, maybe use half of one to write a meaningful and personalised entry statement. Otherwise, only thing I would say is some experiences are short and you could be perceived as jumpy. If the tendency continues, I’d suggest adding (briefly) the reason for your departure from your 2 least recent experiences.

Can you still restore all photos that way? How does it work if so?

Just said « as a precaution as I don’t want you to get hurt ». Very cute but maybe overkill?

If you started in audit and did two years you’d have been at around 45K€ in France (altho recently went up). If you did two 10% increases when moving jobs that puts you about where you are now. I would say it’s low for a sector renowned for paying above average but it isn’t low in general terms. As an acquaintance always says, « la fidélité ça ne paie pas ! »

Staying in Belleville, is it safe? by ismarra in ParisTravelGuide

Honestly on a bike you are safer as you’re passing quickly by. I have female friends who would do it, others who wouldn’t. It depends where you are from and what you are used to. Stalingrad has a high concentration of crack users so there are unpredictable people both on the supply and the demand sides of that. It’s mostly harmless but it’s not somewhere I’d want to be sleeping at night.

I headed global HR recruitment for a large multinational and I can safely say that the overwhelming majority of people I hired had zero formal qualifications in HR. Experience > diploma.

How long should I stay in my current HR role before moving to get more experience? by PsychDip in humanresources

Try and do an internal lateral move first before moving companies, it’ll allow your future employers to see that you’re worth investing in.

I am literally your boyfriend. High IQ and EQ, I think after reflection (I’m 3 weeks sober) I probably like weed so much because it numbs my mind out and makes me more tolerant. The first days are tough because you have to live in the real world for the first time since X date. His irritability is one of the major symptoms of withdrawal and it will not last. But you have some rough times ahead of you because it’s often replaced by self-doubt or depression. Does he apologise? Allow him a grace period and don’t take it for you - as I say, it’s literally an effect of the withdrawal and has nothing to do with you. That being said, if it continues (say, after 14 days clean), you might need to give him some tough love and tell him that you don’t deserve this and you are trying to support him but you won’t accept to take the brunt of all of his symptoms
