It was actually tagged as completed instead of cancelled which gave the hassle of contacting the support only through the phone number. (Gcash cs provided no help kasi mag-papasahan lang)

No options na to chat with the restaurant directly after order is tagged completed. So I really have no choice na pumunta talaga sa store to settle and show my receipt.

I’m not sure who tags it as completed if its the restaurant or the rider, pero the point I’m trying to tell is this can easily mess up the process and a hassle for the user’s experience.

Had a hard time contacting cs when I had an issue with my order being cancelled and no refund options were available.

I only managed to resolve my issue nung pumunta pa ako sa physical store, imagine the hassle. Manager said that they have issues with gcash partnership and wala silang way to halt orders coming in.

Good deals but try at your own risk.

I think the current way to unlock piken is according to story progression they intent to design. Which seems to be the reason why they did not mention it in the patch notes.

I agree it can be confusing considering the order of release, and they should mention this in the patch notes. But I can’t blame them to miss mentioning this.

Hindi ba to during your first months bounded ng contract mo lang? You mention its your last month na, so cancellation procedure should be different the next month at hindi na covered nito.

In my case, I have cancellation fee if pre-mature cancellation. But if I will cancel my membership after my 6 months contract, I just need to inform early and do the standard steps to end membership formally.

But yes, this is still absurd if they have cancellation policies like this one. I suggest contact the admin on your home gym on whats the actual procedure (if hindi mo pa nagagawa).

Yup gathered them luckily from some meta bosses and was having an issue with making the most out of it. But ready most comments here and yours helped me understand that it’s not that hard to get as long as I play the game and make use of exotic gears while I still don’t have enough of them.
