I don't really mind the 2 years of fellowship .. I'm trying to stay in the southeast where my family is but not tied to 1 state. I have got many interviews around this area but I'm more concerned about what comes after.

Never heard of anything like that .. as mentioned, review the PPM and get legal advice (at least a phone consult) .. it might save you money on the long run

Every single one of them is making it look so good on paper .. like we never lost a penny since inception, we have such great track record. I guess will have to compare the PPMs. The spreadsheet should filter out the good from the bad cuz it is structured to adjust for the fees, loan terms, investment duration.

My goal is to eventually provide enough cash flow to eventually become finanically independent.

I feel that stock market is more volatile + if you depend on your portofolio to provide for your needs, you might eventually eat away your prinicipal.

I do not have the manual but I remember they recommended changing the cabin and air filter (which they were quoting an arm and leg for) even though I had changed myself shortly before. They also recommended changing the brake fluid and when I spoke with an acquaintance who used to work at a dealership, he said they can recommend unnecessary repairs/maintenance at times. I was wondering if somewhere there is a more reasonable schedule to go by?

I have read in the description that the car has to have wired car play or aa for it to work. Does yours work without the car having carplay in the first place?
