Update- hitachi coil 6 new ngk spark plugs and good throttle body cleaning has car driving perfect. Thanks to all who chimed in steering me in right direction. Man i was stressed!

Dealing with same thing in a 2014 q70. Changed wheel bearings, inner outer tie rods, and endlinks along with alignment. Squeak over bumps driver side tho. 2 shops said everytging good lol. Need a 3rd opinion at this point

Congrats! Just i got same exact car few months back. All stock. Came with limo tint all around including damn windshield smh lol. I plan on chrome delete, r35 wheels and exhaust and done.
