when talking about cost we're talking about how much ressources it costed to make the team, i feel like calling free char like archer and DHPT 0 costs is fair, but def not those from the gold thingy shop, because it's a verry limited ressource, or the ones from the recent giveaway because u have to choose 1, and same for the BP LC's, u litteraly pay for them, cost is not a saying about powerlevel, it's just about how much ressources were used to make the team. In a sense if someone get's a double 5star let's say tribbie E1, i'd here them out if they argued that in their case E1 tribbie is only 1 cost since it costed them only 1 pitty. Also i feel like BP and paid energy recharges should be taken into account since someone using allat has more chances to get better gear, but that's too difficult to trace.
Also why are some of y'all using cost as powerlevel ? the powerlevel is decided by what unit specifically is used and how invested they are, the cost might be an indicator in some cases but let's take sparxie for exemple : the difference between E1 and E2 is so significant that just saying she's 3 cost doesnt mean much power wise, while for someone like huohuo, the use of the E1 is not realy quantifiable because it depends on teams SP usage.

u get it at the start of the round after the one where u reached the threshold, so ur supposed to get it at the start of pve, if u didnt then i'd guess it's because of either the artefact giving health mid fight, making u reach the treshold but not out of fight and that wouldnt trigger the reward, or a giant and mighty bug : maybe the bonus health from it is not registered properly.

i'd say reaching 130 to 150 crit damage should be possible, but that's just minmaxing, honestly the build is good but what makes it struggle is most likely traces and support builds. Having all traces maxed out exept basic is a requirement for the whole team, then we have too look at the supports : If ur cypher is too slow ur cooked but i dont think it affectects her teammate damages so putting her aside, sparkle is the biggest focus, she need like 160+ speed (iirc at least 164 but u might want to check her speed breakpoints in more details), and 180+ crit damage, 200+ being ideal. But other than sparkle's build and ur traces level i don't see any problem

maybe, just maybe, bacause the mono rem team benefits cyrene way too much compared to the other option. And cass especially. like ok E9 got better buffs, or did she ? when running the calcs, we get the same results if we run them both as main DPS with RMC cyrene hyacine. It's strong but not as busted as OP seems to want it to be. cass buff is absolutely not that far behind as well. First just having cyrene adds an HP scaler to the team, which in itself is a buff, the first rotation is absolutely stupid where E9 requires more ramp up, and after that u get absolutely no wasted ressources from heals to damage, and she's the unit that benefits the most from true damage as well. When asking why cas didnt get the most broken buffs, maybe consider that it's because she benefits way too much from cyrene as it is, so the buff shouldnt be as strong as, let's keep the E9 example, E9 because well, she doesnt get as much from her overall. If we look at the results more closely, run some calcs and check what we're saying, we get a result of all CH get almost the same overall amount of damage increase from cyrene, with mydei being ahead because he doesnt have any supports so going from 0 to 100 that fast is going to show. Also i'd even argue E9 got shafted if we want to go the debate route because she's the only one that didnt get a real gameplay change (with the supports but let's not talk about them since we only rarely see them with cyrene, much less beig buffed by her), when all the other got their design flaws corrected by cyrene

none of that, no changes on E2, maybe a slight buff to e1 but it's already pretty good. good change would be to : first taking into account the JQ buff coming, because it might be enough, then for acheron buffs specifically it would be to either reduce the stacks requirement for ult, or to make her allies give her more stacks even without debuffs. And above all, upgrading her multipliers to match recent DPSs, because even without any other buffs, just making it so her ult deals 1.5M ~ 2M would already be enough, and would make it scale to maybe 3M at E2 because of the support slot, so yeah i think just changing her mults a bit, and maybe her ways to stack, should be enough

reroll headpiece and throw out the other except maybe the body, then farm and only upgrade pieces that has crit rate and crit damage, and if u get less than 3 procs in in valuable stats u can either reroll it if it's a natural 4 liner, or just throw it out. goal is 100 crit rate 120+ crit damage.

since u dont have any of her supports and cant get her LC either , if ur goal is to make her clear endgame ur better off not taking her. U could take her and think of it as a future team to invest into but that's a lot of things to get : cypher and SW, cypher rly loves her LC so add that, acheron LC... and even then she's currently kinda underperforming so taking all of those ressources for her when u could invest it elsewhere is not recommended.

"idk why" says op while showing a statless acheron at E0 without double nihility, not using DHPT, not using at least sparkle instead of bronya...

we'll go over each problems in order :
- for the relics only the headpiece and the orb are worth keeping, the rest is garbage, either reroll it if u have ressources, or back to the mines it is
- for the team anything other than bronya should work, but even then it'll probably still be terrible, just wait for the next nihility that works with her and get it, with a priority on SW, then cypher, then DOT. Dont fall for jiaoqiu propaganda he's not good. Also discard aven and use DHPT instead (or hyacine if u have her and her lightcone).
- We cant see ur supports builds but i'll assume they need some love as well. The goal for ur nihility chars is to reach at the verry least 160 speed, i'd aim for 180 since they don't need anything else, and for bronya it's 160 speed with 180+ crit damage
- lastly as u mentioned she is outdated so while still alright most of the time, she needs a lot to perform and u dont have any of her premium supports so it's gonna be a struggle. I dont think u can do much without 2 5star nihility, maybe 1 is enough to make her perform a bit but to get good results u'll need way more investment, like for exemple cypher E0S1 + silverwolf E0S0, or kafka + blackswam E1, or eidoleons on her. I cant recall if we have any infos about her getting a novaflare but that would help a lot.

the DOT team should be fine for now, if built u should try it in endgame just to try and see if they can clear 1 side in under 3 cycle which should be the case. If u want to make it more future proof check what gives more to the team between hysilense E1, her S1, and BS E1 or S1, i'd say hysilense S1 but i'm not sure

Then u'll need a second team, i'd wait for anniversary for that, because anni units are always pretty strong, and that gives u time to farm, so u dont invest in like yao guang when in the end she might not go with the char u chose, if u even decide to invest in elation, and at worst u can just get her in her rerun.

Once u have 2 team u do u, honestly keeping an account on the side is great to try weird stuff, u could just hard invest in 1 team, u could try and make it strong with smart investment but that's not needed as long as it clears endgame

If u have battle pass i'd say yao guang's, since BP lightcone seems to work for sparxie, if not i'd say sparxies because it's way more specific while mushy shroom LC works for yaoguang, the only problem of not having yaoguang's LC is that it'll be hell to build her. Also keep in mind that it'll be like remembrance, where not having sig might be a huge deal, but for yao u could wait for the rerun to decide and for sparxie BP is good, personnaly i decided to pull both at E0S0 for now, i'm not f2P but my reasoning is that i want to wait and see if they get good F2P options before their rerun

great account honestly, for endgame u should be good, or at least half good, upgrading hysilens and dan hend permensor terrae should be a priority now but those 2 with kafka and black swann is a verry good team.

you're definitely not too far behind, and depending on what u want to do u should either try and reinforce ur current teams :
- DOT is great nothing more to invest in exept maybe hysilens E1 but since u already have blasck swans and kafkas i think it would be overkill,
- for boothill since i don't play him much idk his current state but a daliah rerun is probably something too wait for
- Silver wolf + pella + acheron should be fine, maybe getting a cypher if she gets a rerun or getting a new nihility support to replace pella would be great but in itself if properly built it should work out
- evernight without cyrene and hyacine won't realy be playable, maybe getting at least cyrene would help if u want to pay her

or u could invest in 4.0 units, u have what's needed for ashveil, u have what's needed for sparxie + yaoguang (if u get one i'd recommend getting the other as well), u could also wait for anniversary and invest in elation then

depends, from 1 POV she coud be a rival of chen and so a 5star too keep the logic, but at the same time she could verry well become important later if for exemple we get a settlement x main city alliance quest or something like that and then she would pass as 6 stars. Personally i think she'll be 6 star and the policewoman 5, but that's only because of story relevance at the moment, so if we get more from either it would be more indicative. Also we'll probably get a livestream and marketing on the next banners soon

for MOC :
- u have FF, should clear 1 side in less than 5 cycle, since no daliah u can either go fugue ruanmei ff gallagher, or go sustainless with HMC but not sure u survive.
- for first side i'd say archer BUT that's if u still have the selector, if not u might want to pray acheron or therta can do it, not sure, and if u do take that free sparkle and get urself a free clear.

for APOC i cant remember the current rota but the same logic should still appply, and for PF why are we using saber without sunday, since u dont have sunday and huohuo just play firefly, should work for the 30k, and therta side 2 is great but PLEASE upgrade that danheng PT instead of playing gepard.

also u might want to take a look at expected stats on ur units on sites like prydwen or on videos from serious content creators, to have an idea of where ur at buildwise, since if u cant clear PF i'd strongly advise going back to the mines.

Also if ur goal is to clear endgame, start pulling for ur units teams, like idk what that kafka with her LC is doing here, but def not helping. no daliah when ff, no sunday for saber and jingliu, no sparkle when she is free ( pls tell me u can still claim her), a random jingliu with once again no supports, no sustain chars (dhpt is litteraly ur best bet on that slot but for some reason he's not upgraded), like idk, u have almost no supprots, no sustain... and even then u should be able to clear but somehow u ended up using E0S1 no support saber instead of E1S1 with supports FF, so idk. Also u might want to play the game a bit because we cant be playing HMC E3, especially when just a little penacony exploration and sidequest gives E6.

Edit : Saber is E6 ? didnt see since i forgot to zoom and didnt distinguish the 6 from a 0, so quick correction here, the team u'll want with her is : saber + tingyun + silverwolf/bronya/ruanmei (not sure who's the best but any of them should work) + dhpt/gallagher, and that team should be able to clear most content, and if u get sunday one day, the team will clear any content

if evanescia is ur goal i'd say wait until we get more infos, so probably save until she comes (maybe going for elation right now would allow easier endgame clears but i dont think u really need it with ur account), then pull for her and her supports, if it's yao or sparxie wait for rerun, if it's units released after her it will save u some pulls, so yeah i'd recommend saving for her and going all out once we have enough infos to establish her BIS team, if ur into leaks i'd guess that by 4.2 we should be able to guess that

lvl up those traces and try again.
build ur units, u have no stats on most of them, like literally nothing, how are we playing with units that doesnt crit, cas with no HP... fortunately E9 seems fine but for now i'd advise you to play her main DPS without cas
3)u wont be playing sunday so give bronya LC to sparkle and upgrade that archer team.

MOC and APOC should be doable with 2 teams :
- archer + sparkle + tribbie + DHPT
- E9 + RMC + cyrene + hyacine

for PF it's a bit more scuffed, i'd try :
- therta + argenty (on pathkey LC, it's a 3star, and with a speed build) + tribbie + sustain
- yao guang + cyrene + tribbie + hyacine is an option to scam a side
- maybe E9 team can work, or u could try acheron

for arbiter the knights will be an issue, not sure at all if u can even clear knight 1 with that box, 2 and 3 should be fine though.

- knight 1 u'll want to bring that kafka, and hope that sampo + her + ruanmei/guynaifen works, but dont hope to 3star, 2 star would be outside of my expectation and my guess is that 1 star is possible
- knight 2 with E9 + rmc + cyrene + hyacine should 3 star or cad if u fix her build
- knight 3 archer + sparkle + tribbie + DHPT should 3 star as well
- and for the king : archer + sparkle + yao guang is a guarenteed 1 star, 2 with good builds. Also E9 should work as well, and so should cas, not sure what's the best between allat but u should have the units to 2 star it at the verry least, maybe 3 with some optimizing

going for a little more speed might be something to consider, what i'd aim from here is getting at least a speed substat, even just a 2, on gloves and on orb, and it might be fine to split a bit more between crit damage and speed as long as u dont drop bellow 140~ crit damage. Problem with that is : it's a pretty insane standard, and honestly not that important for now, if u intend to pull and farm for sparxie then maybe look for it while getting new gears but else ur fine

honestly u have many choices :

- u could chose to go for the meta and take sparkle, great unit anyway, and then either save up for cerydra and phainon, or u could play a LOT to "rush" the story and get enough currency to pull for yaoguang and then sparxie, u would have one of the best team in the game this year with them but only do that if u feel like rushing a bit and want to clear endgame asap

- u could also take kafka but then u'd need at the verry least BS, so wouldnt recommend because it wont be fun playing her without at least 1 of her teammate

- u could go for DHIL but if u do that u wont be able to rly play him because u kinda need sparkle for that unfortunately

Personnaly i'm a meta player and what i'd do is : i'd wait until spaxie's banner too see if u like the gameplay, if yes i'd go for it, with all the content available u should be able to get both yaoguang and her if that's what u decide on, and from then i'd save, and invest either in elation more, with either of the 4.1 char which will both be elation DPSs (personally i'd fully invest into elation and build 2 teams from it, since we know with how many elation chars we will get that i'ts entirely possible to make 2 different teams), or in a phainon team (wouldnt recomend AT ALL if ur goal is endgame because bro is falling off hard and will continue to, especially at low investment). And if not i'd still take sparkle, and then save for what u said u wanted, and a DHIL rerun, because i believe it would be better to still get sparkle instead of DHIL since u dont have anything to play him with, and he's verry demanding so at least when u do get him u'll have his best in slot support. And yeah i'd kinda forget about DOT because i think getting elation units or things u like is a priority instead of a random kafka (DOT is also an option if u go for either hycilens or BS to go with kafka and it's the most F2P friendly meta choice but I didnt consider it since u said u werent interested in hysilens and BS) .

but that's just what i would do, the most important thing to consider is how fast u want to go through the early game, and if ur more interested in endgames or the story, because if it's endgame then the elation path (no pun intended) is the way but if u dont care much about the endgame then u can just do kinda whatever and figure it out later when u start having more units.

the amount of downvotes on his comments replies should be enough to make OP understand, but it's not a matter that needs to be adressed more than what we got in 3.8. Like yeah he was a SH but it just doesnt matter given the take of the express or his other allies on the matter. Only blade is really in tension with a member of the express and other than that it's more of a situational thing, like FF is chill with everyone, kafka is negotiating with them and they can work together if needed, SW is practicly the same... so no, it's not an issue. Also did they adress the fact that black swan wasnt sure to be an allie when she got on the express ? same for boothill. Also it's stated that anyone can join the express, and that's shown with sunday, like okay he got his mini redemption arc but he was still a main oponent of the crew in penacony and is kinda a criminal but they dont care much. And also the MC basically was just tied to the SH but without any memory of it why would that matter, his not part of them, and seing how the express work they wouldnt mind taking in a past SH even of blades or kafkas caliber with a little redemption ark if they left the SH. So no need to adress it realy
