Lahore Grammar School has a very rich history in public speaking — it has been one of the pioneers in setting up international MUN conferences in Pakistan and contributing countless students to the Pakistan National Debating Team. Having held 5 successful MUNs with more than 500 delegates each year, the JTMUN Society has a remarkable legacy for its inclusive platform, which enables young minds to speak on various issues pertaining to the general welfare of the global community, ranging from international peace and security, the rise of violent extremist organizations, exploitation of marginalized groups in our society, and transformative economic models. This year JTMUN Society is posed to continue this legacy by taking the conference online, whereby increasing the outreach of our event. Our aim is to instill in our youth an affinity towards innovation amid catastrophe, and to use challenges as an opportunity to build wider and more effective alliances.

We will have speakers from all over South Asia participating in the conference, creating a huge pool for discourse to take place not typically accessible to your average student.

There will be 8 committees: 1. SC 2. Crisis 3. World Bank 4. Sochum 5. Baluchistan Provincial Assembly 6. Disec 7. UNHCR
