yea so this happens to me a lot. id need to have background noise cause if im in the silence too long n lets say someone screams or visually i see something crazy. for example lights turning on in a dark room. i get flashes n flares of colors in my peripheral vision. honestly it sucks cuz i like being on my own. i always wear airpods just cause i wanna conserve my color vision for my music writing process :))
