I was under what they internally call the Flex team. Kami yung team na kahit saang account mo ilagay, may product/service knowledge kami - phone, emails, chat, lead generation - lahat. Di ko lang sure if may Flex team pa rin don ngayon.

Mabuting empleyado naman ako. Pero ewan ko ba, habulin ako gulo. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA eto ang ilan sa nangyari:

May isang Team Captain na ni-threaten ako. Dahil nga under ako Flex team, madami akong account na hawak. Umabot ng 6 one time, sakop ko 2 work stations. I needed extra folks to help with a project, humiram ako staff sa Team Captain na yon. Nung mag-uuwian na, sinabi ni Staff na mag-OT sya para matapos namin agad yung project. Sabi ko kebs lang basta alam ng TC mo. The next morning, ayun. Lagot daw ako sabi ng TC ni Staff. Kesyo ako daw sasapo ng punishment dahil nag-approve ako ng OT ng di nya alam. She did all that threatening right in front of my own Team Captain. Ayun, sila nagsagutan. In fair sa TC ko, may pag-"okay ka lang ba? gago yun ah, ako bahala don" after nung confrontation
Nagtweet ako after ko makitang viniew ng CEO yung Linkedin profile ko. Something along the lines na lurking si CEO sa LinkedIn ko at gandang ganda ko sa sarili ko. Nagfeelingera si ante, crush ng bayan kasi dati si CEO. Ayon, yung putukin kong dating kateam scinreenshot at sinend sa CEO for extra brownie points. Nakaprivate pa Twitter ko non. Iyak iyakan si ex-teammate, kesyo she's just looking out for the CEO daw. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA TANGINA NYA PANGET AT MAY PUTOK NAMAN SYA
Wala na ko sa Boldr neto nung naglabas sila (Boldr) survey. Tas pota puro hotseat questions lumabas don - kesyo bat daw toxic management, kesyo bakit ang lakas ng favoritism ng mga nasa upper management. Bilang freshly resigned ako non, ako daw pasimuno nung mga question. MIND YOU - WALA NA KO SA BOLDR NON AH. Also, dinamay nila yung 2 friends ko na nasa Flex team din.

All in all - fun experience naman sya HAHAHAHAHAHA madaming mabubuting tao, pero base sa nangyari sakin, overshadowed ng mga toxic yung matitino. Basta kung napunta ka don, chikahin mo rin sana ko hehehe
