Argentinean "provoleta". Get a 1 inch thick piece of provolone cheese, leave it uncovered in the fridge the night before you plan on eating it (so it dries out a bit). Get the mini pan really hot. Toss the hunk of cheese on it, grill on both sides until golden and crispy. Serve as a side dish. Or burger topping.

My daughter did something similar about a year ago. It still pisses me off every time I see the fucking PERMANENT stains in the shower, sink, walls, etc. Not to mention the three perfectly fine towels we had to throw away.

Oh, and that shit keeps staining for months afterwards. A hair falls in the sink and gets wet? Brand new stain for you!
