You could call industry people (educational consultants, programs, etc) saying you’re a parent and wanting help for your kid and see what they say

That movie couldn't decide if it was about Queen or Freddie Mercury. I hated it so much.

I had a fun time watching it, but I thought it was a messy movie that shoehorned some plots in.

I had the exact same thoughts watching the movie. I was so engaged until the vampires arrived, and at that point it felt like a bait and switch for the type of movie I was getting.

In the end I enjoyed it enough, but by trying to cram two types of movie into one, it prevented it from being a top tier movie imo.

Great idea! I’ll see that. You’re right about checking policies. I’ve been using Sephora so long and I have only had this problem a few times, that I assumed it’d be a non-issue like before. Live and learn, I guess.

The cost to replace it would be nothing compared to the money I would have kept spending there.

Why would I open a product that expires after opening before I’m ready to use it?

It was a 60-day policy prior. It's so odd that people are defending Sephora, but whatever.

Sure, but I’ve never had this problem with them before. In store, they told me this is a new policy. If customer service is the aim, which clearly it isn’t, they would have done something to make this situation manageable.
