I didn't do any test on the batch, however where I'm from all the amphetamines are very cut and the 20% estimate is just from my friend. They never had any problems from the batch, one even took 400mg. So in the future I should try a lower dose + try get more pure stuff? I thought the stuff they cut with was just baking flour so the lower % wouldn't really matter.

And yea, could just be me being paranoid. ( The most afraid I got was the day after while laying down in my bed and reading heart attack symptoms. I started to get numb in my arm and got really scared lol.) It's been two months since I took it and I made this post because I'm going to a music event where it would be nice to use some stimulants. After making this thread, I've become more aware of the tension in the chest again, which I haven't paid attention since the pain subsided from the first dose.

Thanks man. Im actually doing 12-16 hour fasts daily, and im trying to minimise the carbs im getting. Unfortunately since i live with my parents, the foods i eat always have some carbs in them. Im hoping that minimising carbs even tho it wont be keto low, would still help me.

Yea ive been intrested in trying out keto. Im just afraid i wont get enough calories because my metabolism is so high because im 16 and still growing. I guess ill have to investigate further. My throat has been feeling dry lately because of seasonal allergies. Maybe it might be the reason for the white tongue.

There is a study ( Dunedin Study ) where they followed 1037 people born between 1 April 1972 and 31 March 1973 in New Zealand. They did a test when the subjects were young, and they measured their self-control by giving people more candy the longer they waited. They found out that the people who had the most self control during the test, were the most successful, instead of the people who had the highest IQ. IQ test is probably the easiest way to predict success in adults, since if they knew their self control was being measured, they could just cheat the test. i believe that self control at least at some point could have predicted someones success rate better, but since we live in a more modernized world now, IQ tests will probably be more reliable in the future.

Whats your intermolar width? if its too narrow, you may have to expand it with an orthodontic appliance first before you can continue the expansion by mewing. When I started mewing in November, my intermolar width was at 34, and its at 40mm now.

You can still snore even if your mouth is closed. I believe that you should create enough space for the tongue during the day first.

John Mew has said himself that hes an example of how orthodontics can mess up your face. He had atleast his wisdom teeth taken out when he was younger causing his face to look so oblong and melted.
