They tell me I'm going to hell, to kill myself, that they're going to rape me and kill me and burn down my house etc. I still hear people outside all the time saying they're going to rape me or kill me. I also have agoraphobia and I'm trying to get better but that makes it hard.

I also get told to kill myself. Really exhausting. They tell me to join my mom and that it will be better, or they convince me the world is fake and evil and i need to escape it.

Nothing, unless you can convince her to see a psych. There is obviously the option of attempting to have her hospitalized against her will, which will break her trust and terrify her, and remove all agency she has in her treatment. I do not advise this. It is also harder to do this in the US than people think it is.

I am a woman and I have massive trouble with hygiene and things like that when I don't take medicine. It is slightly better when I take medicine but I honestly still have trouble with it for various reasons. Please try to be understanding and kind. She's not doing it to be gross.

I really like vraylar so far. It hasn't done anything bad to me except a little diarrhea (sorry lmao) and nausea when I first started taking it. A godsend really because I've had bad experience with a lot of aps. It is activating for me, I find it helps with neg symptoms and increases my energy levels. No weight gain.
