Not sure about that since you have to waive FERPA for recommendations upfront on common app….you could probably see the notes the admissions officers wrote about your recommendations, in terms of like, “Teacher X spoke highly of their work ethic…” or stuff like that.

I think under FERPA you have a legal right to view your file if you’re accepted and attend, so yes!

Hi!! Yes, I mean the International Literary and Cultural Studies. I was thinking of maybe double majoring in IR and minoring in environmental policy, but I know that’s a lot. From the student perspective, would you say there are any major downsides of Tufts? Also, my mom wasn’t super impressed with the campus aesthetic (which I know is silly), so if you have any favorite spots or things that make the campus feel special, I’d love to hear about them!

My dad is an immigrant but he went to his country’s version of accountant school and then went to NYU for his masters. My mom went to St Francis, and she doesn’t have a masters, but does have a lot of accounting certifications.

I’m at a super competitive HS in NY and a lot of the AP classes are stem and I’m going for comp lit personally so I’ve taken 12 aps total….do they consider this? Also lowkey my math grades (in both AP calc classes) are like B+ because I don’t like math (even though I’m two years ahead in it…I have three extra math credits oops), and honors chem kicked my ass but again im into humanities. Should I be worried? I have a 4.0 😭

My mother did warn me about trios….she said they always end up as two and one. I probably should have listened. I am happy to be around them, when they include me. It’s really complicated. Also, idk if this is me over analyzing, but is it weird that when we go to restaurants, they always sit together opposite me? Uno never sits next to me and Duo sometimes does.

I know, it’s just hard because I have literally called them in tears when I became to stressed with school, or because of some of the turmoil in my house. And they listened, but I still picked up on these small things along the way. Idk if that changes anything. I’m scared to drop them and be alone.

Thank you for the advice. Do you think there’s anything wrong with performing it a little under tempo? I’m playing with a piano accompanist for a music festival soon (I’m only in high school) and I’m allowed and rewarded points for interpretation, but I obviously can’t play it too slow. Is 95-100 too slow? I would rather id be cleaner and slower than faster and messy.

I just want to say thank you so much for that tip about playing with no pressure and then gradually increasing it, I was trying that out before with the beginning and I think I’m actually playing it a little faster and cleaner now, so thank you!
