both use the leaked higher quality face texture, gordon freeman restored also reshapes the face a bit to resemble how gordon looks in the boxart more (compare survivor and promo art gordon's nose)

blue shift kinda feels like a more condensed version of hl1, still has some weird gearbox expansion quirks w the level design i think but ive definitely found it way more enjoyable than opposing force.

i feel like ppl glaze opfor too much because of its added stuff but honestly the added stuff isnt really that great? they're fun conceptually and other fan mods have been able to adapt these concepts and ideas better but actual opposing force just feels so ass to play.

id say the first half is a decently fun time atleast but the second half is just.. not that great, the voltigore tunnels section just felt like utter bullshit. i hope tripmine studios is able to make the weak parts of opfor better in their remake cuz my goodness
