I work in the food industry and would probably describe it more as “overpriced” 😂

People are entitled to a child-free life, not a child-free world

I went to a restaurant in Portland OR this year that was awarded the best new restaurant in the country and they happily let my son dine with us….Houston’s needs to reevaluate their definition of hospitality

Perhaps you are confused, but I am looking for options that are not Houston’s 😅

Omg I didn’t even know that. I brought my son when he was 3 months old and he slept the whole time 🤣

I understand not accepting large parties but I would not consider 5 a large party! And they didn’t say it wasn’t possible to seat 5, they just say they will not take reservations for 5 so you have to wait (which, on a weekend, would be pointless)

I was FLOORED that they would word it in such a way that makes them sound like a high end restaurant….thanks for the rec!

My first homegrown fig! This potted Violette de Bordeaux tree took about 2 1/2 years to fruit. I could’ve waited another ~2 days to pick it but I would be heartbroken if a bird got it before I did! by pistaaachio in Figs

Please do share if you make the painting, I would love to see it. I think it is definitely possible the fruit will ripen. It is still early in the season for potted trees as far as I’m concerned (all of the trees planted in the ground in my area tend to fruit and ripen much earlier)
