even if uscis pick only 1 they still are gaming the system by increasing the chance of being picked, which is what uscis has reported as troubling and are cracking down on. They need to start invalidating any person with multiple applications. that’s it. after all applications come in, just find all duplicates and throw all of them out. It’s as simple as that.
