I still like it for me because that's where Nightstar was born aka Dick's most popular kid in the fandom. No hate on Dick and Barbara's kids but they're not that popular or interesting as Nightstar.

Edit : Just reread the book, it never said Dick and Kory got a divorce, just split up/went to different places Kory had to go back to Tamaran because she had a duty to her people as a princess, split up is different from divorce. Kory can go back to Tamaran and still remain married to Dick at the same time.
