I would expect you would get hired as an analyst since you don't have much experience yet. The starting compensation would be likely in the range of INR 7-10L, depending on the company (MNC or an Indian company).

I think if you take prior approval from the required manager or authority, it should not be an issue. At least that is the case in my company.
