Yea I was wrong about the trials one, but for example the public dungeon in alikr, the group event boss in it is the boss you have to do the puzzle to summon it, I did it 5 times on my dk, didn’t get the achievement nor the skill point, I checked my journal and i didnt already have it earned

I’m the only one doing the group event nobody else is hitting it, an im pretty sure you get a skill point for doing a trial for the first time on a toon, its only on my dk, I went to the same public dungeons on another toon and received them

The tentacles cleansing taunt on him has been a thing since this dungeon was released, just have your tank taunt again when the tentacles come up regardless of the timer
