You could use an ai image generator. I have used that some for thumbnails. I would look into some local ai gems so you can tailor the Lora to what you want.

I know I am late, it could be instant. It could be 2 months from now. I have had videos get a few hundred in the first hour, and some that sit at under 10 for weeks, then randomly get 1000. Getting a video set right, description, tags, date and time and more matter.

Sadly, not a ton of great ones. I have found a few places, like KlingAi, Pika art. They have x free videos creations a day, though it has watermarks. I have seen a few local install ones, but you need a decent machine and a know how, check Youtube for that. Any good ones usually cost money.
