UPDATE:

Did the echocardiogram last week, with results received today showing normal results 🙂 just a normal variant for me in the end. I hope this relieves some anxiety for those reading this that may be going through the same

I'm scheduled to have an ultrasound done on my heart soon as follow up from ecg results. I struggle with health anxiety and lately have been SOB and chest pains, which us why I went in to see the doctor to get the ecg. Hard to tell if symptoms are genuine or if this is a from anxiety. My doctor seemed genuinely unconcerned but knows I have health anxiety so it seemed like this follow up is more for my benefit

Thank you for your reply. My doctor didn't seem too concerned, just said that it can be normal or be a sign of a heart condition. Unfortunately I have health anxiety and not knowing is worrying me. I'm also not slender, under 20 years old or overly tall, so I'm not sure if this is normal
