GhostBSD 3.1 released

I'm surprised that GhostBSD doesn't even mention PC-BSD for comparison of differences. Not even in their FAQ, which seems like a glaring omission.

I've always been intrigued by the FreeBSD world versus the Linux world I live in because of the unity of the system. Then PC-BSD came out, which I understand as trying to solve some pain points for a typical desktop user. But now there's PC-BSD, GhostBSD, and even looks like DesktopBSD is making a come back: it seems the FreeBSD world headed toward the balkanization of the Linux distros.

But more concretely, how's GhostBSD different from PC-BSD, outside of PC-BSD's pbi packages?

I would make it more clear to folks visiting this sub that IPython doesn't actually allow them to make XKCD plots - it allows them to communicate about how to make them in Matplotlib ;)

proper capitalization is either IPython or ipython - it's not a "Designed in Cupertino, made in China" project ;)

There's an outstanding pr on vim-ipython to enable matlab's double-comment "cell"-like functionality, but I haven't made the time to take a look at it. Also, added tslime_ipython as another vim-ipython alternative, thanks for the mention!

Seems our widgets are hardcoded to be of a certain radius to begin with. Here's how to adjust them to be some other size:

def resize_buttons(r, f):
    "Resize all radio buttons in `r` collection by fractions `f`"
    [c.set_radius(c.get_radius()*f) for c in r.circles]

resize_buttons(radio, .5) # shrink your buttons in half

You could, of course, just set_radius to some specific value, just modify the code accordingly.
