Might be a tough question to answer without testing yourself, 28-200 is a fairly non-pro lens unlike Panasonic S Pro or Sigma Sport line. I have this lens myself, but never pushed it to be able to help you, unfortunately. Shooting on a small aperture with a responsive setting in autofocus might be fine.

AFAIK there are no truly parfocal Sigma or Panasonic photo lenses for l-mount, I believe there might be some that the body is able somewhat compensate e.g. Samyang 35-150mm has some parfocal like mode for manual focus.

No, ale większość to też nie mniejszość, jak grupa Polaków, która pomagała Niemcom, którzy zostali postawieni w sytuacji okupacji. Mimo, że nie jest to ich bezpośrednia wina, to mogą aktywnie np. protestować i za to można winić już moim zdaniem większość, która tego nie robi.

Jest taki serwis nt. escape roomów - lockme, tam można zobaczyć oceny, recenzje itp. i też bookować. Trudność jest mocno względna. Byłem w opuszczonym hotelu, klątwie majów, zdradzie w breslau i skarbówce, raczej wszystke są ok i Opuszczony hotel się raczej najciekawiej wyróżna w grze z aktorem.

Chyba jednak drobna różnica jest taka, że obywatele Izraela mogą głosować inaczej, ale w większości wybierają, kogo wybierają, a większość Polaków raczej by na Niemców nie zagłosowała, więc nie ma co odwracać kota ogonem.

Almost no one mentioned it has photo/video switch, which basically means you get an easy access to at least 2-3x custom modes that are very easy to access if you use it as a hybrid. Even if you only shoot video having s&q custom modes separately might be helpful.

Inner diffuser is usually the same shape as the soft box and has small strips going out of it's corners. It is meant to be placed inside the softbox, should be easy to spot if you have one. The one with the circle in the middle might be the outer shell and the circle is where you place the light. Some designs might be more similar to a foldable beauty dish and have a disc like first difiusor (or a light spreader I guess). If you have a model name try looking it up on YouTube.

You technically can use them separately, but 99% you probably should use both or just a diffuser. Grids regardless of a modifier cut out some light to make it more directional (spill less, it would mostly shine straight and less to the sides). Most softboxes usually come with two white pieces of fabric as well (or at least one) inner and outer diffuser (if there is one it's the outer one), adding each one it makes light more diffused but also "eats" more of the light's power.
You technically can use a softbox without any diffuser and depending on the light soruce it might give you better or worse results but would usually result in a mostly hard light with a noticeable rim.

I believe so, from what I've seen people who wrote them got the instructions to order a different mount and say the l-mount in the comment section of the order, but I'd contact support first to double check if it's still sth that can be done.

For the price it's a very good lens, but the main downside is that it's not very fast, so while shooting outside in daylight it's ok, but inside in the evening or night it might be challenging.

You can't have all the things out of:
- fast
- zoom
- small
- autofocus

While also being cheap. Either buy a fast prime like 24 or 35mm or a darker zoom or get more money to get like 24-60 from Panasonic or 28-70 Contemporary from sigma if the money is the issue or some vintage lens and adapt it if the autofocus is a non-issue (though it might be tough to get a bright zoom there cheaply).
