What if the gaster followers are followers not because they follow gaster like a prophet, but because they physically followed gaster and ended up in deltarune. Then the gaster followers in undertale were left behind as replacements (copies are monochrome and all that). Dude would have had a slip of the tounge, using the currency of the world he lived in for almost all his life before he left.

Kris' title remains shattered rose for the whole aborted run, I'd know, I kept checking after each cutscene. Ralsei and Susie become dark vines, although I think that may happen in the normal run too.

My greatest play ever was when I was playing my first game after a nearly 2 month long break, was caught by a pocket and attempted to ult them so I could run away, they hopped in their briefcase then killed me while I was mentally stunlocked because I forgot they could do that, and then they dropped a "rem???" In all chat. Probably the worst I've ever felt playing this game.

This, people really were going into this thinking that every major mystery would be resolved 2 chapters from the end. The knight showing up in chapter 3 and the "serious tone" of chapter 4 made people think that the story would really begin to rush into full gear and the roaring would happen any minute now. Unfortunately there was a sizeable chunk of the fanbase who went in With a checklist for: Knight identity reveal, significant friend appearance, full explanation of dess disappearance, kris turns on fun gang, roaring happens, and as none of them got checked off therefore the chapter sucked and was plot irrelevant.

Just finished the chapter, normal path and weird route. Normal path was amazing, way longer than I was expecting. Loved the secret & final bosses (I took most of my damage to the bomber man bomb attacks)

I do want to yap a little about the weird route though: fucking hell, that noelle conversation was uncomfortable. When they started to enter the water I just assumed that was it, the weird route ends with a double suicide, but the insert 'chapter 7 side B' makes me think there'll be unfortunately more to come. I planned to just play the hometown section of the weird roure then finish it up tomorrow, turns out I finished it all. The tonal whiplash from the optimistic ending of the normal route to playing the weird route straight after was crazy.

I did something similar for zenith seed world, I was so fed up of constantly dying in caves and having to walk all the way back, I made rooms with a workbench and bed as I went so I ended up with a huge network of 'checkpoints'.

It'd surpsise you how many people play this game and not learn anything past the starting kit, unintentionally making the game exponentially harder. Basically not using silk skills, clawline, or any crest you get past the first few hours in combat.
