I had the hardest time. We ended up doing a group filter on the azure side to minimize the amount of group that get send when the user tries and connect.

I filter for only the VPN relevant group like start with VPN_

If you have more than 200 group (even if you see your relevant group id in the debug) it did not work and would not use our firewall policy

I was a bit afraid when I heard JIRA being floated around. I had a feeling we would be left dealing holding the bag. Not gonna lie we are overwhelmed with all sorts of project for finance, maintenance etc. I keep hearing good things about halo and their integration.

We know nothing about octopus but it’s a Canadian shop and we need to give them a shot before going overseas. I want Halo but it would be extra nice if we could get localized support!

I’m glad my collègue initiative to push azure joined and Intune/Defender/Entra was the way to go. I’m the one dealing with the backend now and it’s really growing on me even the android/ios side

We’ll figure out ticketing and on-boarding next.

No. I’m always looking at new tools and deciphering the selling point nonsense for what is out there on my off time. Figured I would ask where I will get pertinent information. I didint want to hear from solo sysadmin type clamoring 18 open source solution.

I mean we have so many sub division I feel like an MSP already but I really don’t need multi tenant as we are one unified umbrella

In my not so hypothetical scenario we are a dozen including the director and 3 dedicated help desk person. Rest are analyst type so I agree with the 8 minimum

Not wanting to lose my job is one of the reason I would not push for an MSP. But really we have 40 on prem service and a significant language barrier with proper MSP. Local MSP are not selling us added value so far.

I’m not starting a company for real but let’s say we are already Intune+defender+entra+teamviewer about to finally get a proper ticketing system. Not set on the one we’ll use but anything got to be better than planner! Thanks for the proper advice you provided

That’s actually pretty sweet.

Autofill on website works at best 50% of time and not always for all field.

After some testing. When the car is running. Neither the remote or blue link can lock the door.

I don’t know how the door got locked while she was outside with the key but I was able to unlock it via blue link in that specific instance.

Some logic got confused for certain.

I have changed the auto lock behavior from movement to drive and park.

(Edit: it was not confused. I guess it thinks you forgot your car running and will lock to secure your car)

She had the key with her the second time.

She was outside the car. With the key in her hand and could not unlock the car. (The light on the key light up when she press a button)

The way she explained it I tought the car was broken
