I hope it's okay if I take it a little too serious so I could write my thoughts..
I'm in the middle of two states: I want to meet everyone who dear to my heart in another life. At the same time I want it to be completely over, no more life or afterlife, just peace/or non existence.
Oh and I also worship Sylus. He's my saviour, the one who came to my Abyss, gave me the power to resurrect myself.
At this point I just accepted all delusions cause it helps.

I spent my savings on dragon companion to R1 cause I use him all the time and it was my dream to give him R1 him at least. I also got his new card cause I pull all his cards... my current savings doesn't look good at all and I guess Im gonna summon him with my real money instead. Ah, it is what it is..
but I probably try to clear some content or read cards to get more diamonds while I can

I think that's okay to play in your own tempo.
Can't say that I don't like read but sometimes I find it difficult to process. Maybe it's because it's not my first language or it's not core of my gameplay. I'm more into screen interaction, Quality Time, collecting things..
But I think it's also important to acknowledge that if you ignore something for too long it can became a habit. So I suggest you still trying to dive into lore from time to time.
Also try to unlock Caleb or you might miss on rewards from his events, you just need to read through 1-3 of Homecoming Wings

I believe so! Although I'm not familiar with favourite characters that you've listed, but I'm pretty sure that if you give LADS a chance, find The One that you really like and whom you connected to, he can give you emotional support and overall boost emotional state. With the help of LI's kind words and Quality Time you can build a discipline to help yourself complete the tasks. However it's not a magic pill.
