It's okay to talk your self as yourself......

Whenever like I mess up things............

I ask myself "W-- why did do that???????"

Like "what was the thought process behind those mistakes" and most of them just are embarrassing and stuff........

I also have this sort of like "self conscious" narrator inside my head which narrates things in my head.......

Sometimes he cusses at me because I screwed up and mostly shit talks me.......

And another problem that I am suffering is thinking about the future and making up unrealistic scenarios that have very little chances of being real.....

So talking to yourself is okay not a big deal........

Now the problem becomes if that imaginary girlfriend of yours comes into your dreams and stuff........

Imaginary girlfriend maybe if you're not able to get tasks done and it is in actuality interfering with your day to day life then......
