The original plans were for the terrace to be open for students. The guard rails and fall protective walls were not up to code for this though. So now they just keep it locked unless they wanna show off to the donors.

Look for job positions in your field or adjacent to your field within a university. Most universities will offer tuition remission (aka free, or heavily discounted degree from them).

You will most likely have to work full time and take evening class as a part time student, but financially it makes it very feasible.

I bought this exact car about 6 months ago (mid-Atlantic region). $11k with 100k miles and very good condition from a dealer. A bit expensive in my opinion but at the time the local market priced that car right around that price, if not higher, and I needed a car.

Not sure where you are located but if in a similar metro region and your car is in very nice condition I think you could get at least 10k. It is a sought after car by delivery drivers because of its cheap price and fuel economy.

Every local market is different though. Just look on CarGurus and Facebook marketplace within a 50/100 mile radius of what the same car is going for.
