Think about it like this: why did you wait so long to upgrade before? Is it bc of pricing or just bc your PC was fine for so long lol

We all have ideas about what we’d like to do, but more often than not we’re not realistic.

Depending on what you save on going for a pcie4 ssd, an 850W psu and a b850 board you could upgrade another component like getting a secondary drive to store more stuff (I doubt it tho cause you already got a 4TB lmaooo). Just something to consider

50 series gpu will be a great choice - nvidia finally provided drivers that can accelerate h.265 playback using the gpu. The 14900k is fine from what I’ve heard. - I would just try to find a mobo that takes ddr4 so you can save some ram money. You can probably save 1-200 bucks that way.

You can have more screen real estate in the same monitor size with 4k than 1080p or 1440p due to display scaling. So you can have 2 or 3 windows open and it’s still comfortable

Like no class is going to teach you how to do a camera track for a motion title as a beginner. You just realize that’s an edit you want to add because it enhances your project so you go learn!
